Soundarya Lahari Slokam - 19 :

"Mukham bindun kruthva kucha yuga mada sthasya thadha dho

Harardha dhyayedhyo haramamahishi the manmathakalam

Sa sadhya samkshebham nayathi vanitha inyathiladhu

Thrilokimapyasu bramayathi ravindu sthana yugam."

-----------------------------------------------

Translation :

 Mukam  = face;

bindum  =  the central circle of the Sricakra (representing Siva   and Sakti in the causal stage of creation)

kruthva  =  having regarded

kucha yugam  =  the pair of breasts

adhah tasya  =  below that

tathu adah    = below that

harartham     = the lower half of Siva (Yoni or the female organs of generation)

dayayetu yah  = he who will meditate

harmahishi      =  Oh queen of Hara (Siva)! (Sakti)

te manmatakalam =  your manifestation of creative will

sah sadya =  he immediately

 samsheba nayati  = reduces (them) to a state of agitation

vanita =  women

hith adhi laku  =  as for this, it is very easy

triloki api  =  even the maiden of the three worlds (personified as a woman)

 hashu pramyati  =  quickly deludes

ravi hindu sthan yugam =  with the sun and moon for the pair of breasts.

---------------------------------------------------

Tattvam (Essence) :  Slokam 19 :

(The devotee of Sakti overcomes the world with ease.  The devotee seeks Siva's grace to overcome worldly life).

“Oh Consort of Hara! The one who thinks of a woman’s face in the bindu ( the dot in the triangle), her twin breasts below it and the half of the letter “H” still below, and contemplates Thy manmathakala on those spots ( and thus gets identified with her in meditation) will quickly stir the mind of any woman. This indeed is a trifle for him. For, in no time he can fascinate even the Thriloki ( the three worlds conceived as a woman) with the sun and moon as breasts.”

---------------------------------------------------

Conclusion :

Hey, Mother who is Goddess of all universe, He who meditates on you , As the crescent of love of our lord great,, On the dot of the holy wheel, Your two busts just below, And you as the half of Shiva our lord, Not only Creates waves of emotion in ladies, But charms the world, which has moon and sun as busts.
