Slokam-13:

"Nara varshiyamsam nayanavirasam narmasu jadam
tavapamkaloke patitamanudhavanti shathsha
galat veni bandha kuch kalasha visthrutha sichaya
hatath thrudyath kamchyho vigalidha dhukoola yuvthayah."

Translation of slokam :

nara = a man
varshiyamsam = very old
nayanavirasam = unpleasant to the eyes
narmasu jadam = apatheic in amorous sport
tav apang = the corner of your eyes
aaloke = within the range of sight
patit = falls
anudhavanti = pursue
shathsha = by the hundreds
galat veni bandha = with braided hair loosened
kuch kalasha = the pitcher like breasts (shapely bossom)
visrat sicya = with cloth slipping
hatat = suddenly
thrudyath kamchyho = waist ornaments snapping
vigalidha dukoola = with silk  garments dropping down
yuva thayah = young women (personifications of Fame, Wealth, Speech, Intellect, Firmness, Patience etc.)

Essence of Slokam :

When a man falls within range of sight of the corner of your eye, (though) very old, unpleasant to the eye, and apathetic in amorous sport, young women pursue him by the hundreds, with braided hair loosened, with cloth slipping from the shapely bosom, with waist ornaments snapping suddenly and with silk garments dropping down.
(The devotee is old, unpleasant, apathetic - unattractive by worldly norms. The devotee is dull witted, blind, poor - unattractive by worldly norms).

Thava panga loke pathitha manudhavanthi sathasa
Gala dweni bhandha kuch kalasa visthrutha sichaya
Hatath thrudyath kanchyho vigalidha dhukoola yuva thayah."

With disheveled hair, With upper cloths slipping from their busts, With the lock of the golden belt getting open due to the haste, And with saris slipping away from their shoulders,
Hundreds of young lasses, Run after the men, Who get your sidelong glance, Even though they are very old, Bad looking and not interested
